Hi, we have a specific guide in this forum that explains all the steps you can do to sync, generally it's still a Windows firewall problem not inherent to our wallet, so you have to verify that the firewall is not blocking the wallet connections.
However you can find everything in the guide, read it carefully and do all the procedures indicated until you solve it:
Today i waeked and is normal
@Jobeta perfect, great to hear, thanks for your feedback
I was not able to enable the masternode and i open the the masternode node config file and insert a row " masternode=1" save ande close the file . Close the wallet
Now i cannot open the wallet says " erreur masternode=1 and i do not know how to open the masternodefile from the root of the computer .
What u suggest me to do.
your help is apreciate
the wallet has already answered you before me ... is an error writing the conf ... why did you write masternode=1 ?
in the official guide (and also in the masternode.conf) you find the example of what you can / must write, simply follow the example without other unexpected things
you cannot write the symbol "=" (is not allowed)

Thanks for your help
Now i have another issue
The wallet does not starts " failed to fulfill request from cache from C users pc appdata roaming 3dcoin netfulfille.dat
Please need your help
Sorry by disturbing you
easy to solve, like any traditional "qt core wallet" (Bitcoin Core, Dash Core) our wallet has the same operating principle, just make various backups of the two files wallet.dat and masternode.conf in other destinations / drives (I'd say for further security as you are not an advanced user I think, you must save even the entire copy of "backups" subfolder, a subfolder of the 3dcoin wallet main folder, in other destination / drive) then make a clean new "installation" following the clean wallet setup guide with backup restore in the forum:
